The Olympia Emerald frying pan is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust and very fast to heat up. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool down before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.
